What scope does technician aligned by RepairAdda covers?

Technician will visit your doorstep and examine the problem you are facing with your appliance or general repair. He will provide the estimation to resolve the issue. On your confirmation, technician will undertake the work and finish it to your satisfaction. For few services, there is fixed scope of work and technicians deliver the services accordingly.

Where the service will be delivered?

Most of our services are delivered at your doorstep. Currently, we have our presence in Delhi NCR through online portal, mobile application, customer care center and physical Homer Services Depots. With few exceptions, our technician may take your appliance for repair to their workshop if it can’t be repaired in your home.

When the service will be delivered?

Services will be delivered to you as per your schedule or as per mutually agreed between you and service provider. Generally, services are delivered during normal working hours 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM depending upon the bylaws of your RWA/FMS providers. In case of emergency, we would be delighted to help you.

Who will collect the payment?

Payment can be made to either to RepairAdda account through online transaction (PayTM/IMPS/WhatsApp) or in cash to our service providers against the cash receipt.

What are the charges for Product Repair?

Charges vary depending upon the break fix problem you are facing with your appliance. Service provider will visit and provide you estimation for the work. On your confirmation, he will complete the work as per the scope of work agreed. If you don’t avail the service post estimation, you may have to pay visiting charges to service provider. In case, service is availed post estimation, visiting charges will be adjusted against the bill amount.

How can I pay for the services rendered to me?

Payment can be made to either to RepairAdda account through online transaction (PayTM/IMPS/WhatsApp) or in cash to our service providers against the cash receipt. Invoices will be provided through e-mail.

How is renovation project initiated?

Contact RepairAdda through either of the channel and share your requirement. We will align best service providers to meet your requirement. Service providers will visit your site and share the estimates after understanding your need. You can choose the right service provider with the help of RepairAdda customer support representative and place the order on RepairAdda or on vendor directly.

What is the total budget for project?

Budget of the renovation / re-modeling project depends upon the Scope of Work and type of material used. As per your specifications & need, Service providers aligned by RepairAdda will visit your site and share the estimates with you. You can choose the right service provider with the help of RepairAdda customer support representative and place the order on RepairAdda or on vendor directly.

What is the timeline for repair?

Timelines for repairs are dependent upon the problem you are facing. We ensure you get the first level of response from our service providers within 2 Hrs. Basis your availability and mutually agreed time, service providers will visit your doorstep. After initial investigation of problem, service provider will share resolution timelines with you. We work towards resolving issues within 48 Hrs. post visit from our technician.

What is the warranty period for services rendered?

We provide 7 days warranty on labour against the services rendered. Warranty of parts depends upon the back-to-back warranty we get from manufacturers.

How Do I find a service provider?

Start by visiting www.repairadda.com and find the Schedule Service Online/Book an appointment tab on the Web page. Follow simple steps by clicking on the action tab. Enter your location, your requirement, choose your availability and share your address. The system will share the details of most relevant service providers to meet your needs in the specified location mentioned by you. You can select your requirement from main menu under Product Repair, Home Improvement, Home Cleaning, Installation, Maintenance and Other Services Heads also.

What number do I call if there is no service in my area?

We have other resources that allow us to direct you to services that we may not offer in your area. You can call us at 92102 23456 and we will do our best to assist you.

How do I purchase an AMC?

To find information on AMC packages, visit our AMC packages link on www.repairadda.com. The page includes all the options we offer to protect your home appliance, home electronics or exercise equipment. To purchase any of the AMC package we offer, call us at 92102 23456.

At RepairAdda.com, we follow basic principles of quality service and professionalism in all aspects. We work with service providers only after an intense screening process. And all of our handymen are verified and licensed, so you can book an appointment without any stress. They are well trained in their respective field.

How safety /security of customers are ensured?

All of our handymen / service providers are verified through police verification process and we keep their Identity proofs for future reference, in case required for unforeseen reasons.

HSD provides trust to our customers as they are placed near to customer and our customer Support Team @ Depots / Stores can provide solutions to walk-in customers for new or repeat request or handle grievance.
We also sell niche products required by our customers, which are generally not available in local markets.

Do you provide RO System AMC?

Yes, we provide RO AMC to our customers. RepairAdda has introduced a very unique & 1st in Industry offering along with our RO AMC package. We provide all consumables required in the year in advance along with commencement of AMC. We ensure you get all genuine & new consumables along with your AMC and don’t get cheated by local vendors, which provide duplicate and reused consumables. We want to ensure you get services & parts for worth you paid and drink clean & healthy water.
